About the Role
Our client, a leading Motor Dealership in East London, is seeking a Service Advisor with excellent customer service skills to join their team. As a front-line professional, you will be expected to work on your feet and provide exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Obtain authorizations for repairs to vehicles under warranty by contacting manufacturers.
- Assist with follow-ups from clients to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Cover service advisor duties when they are on leave or sick.
- Upsell/sell to the client base, demonstrating drive and means to do so.
Requirements
- Grade 12/Matric (not negotiable)
- Valid Driver’s License (not negotiable)
- Minimum 3 years’ Service Advisor experience
- Stellantis Brand background is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills in Xhosa
- Previous DMS experience
