About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team at Fusion Personnel in East Rand. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies under the guidance of the Marketing Manager, Divisional Heads and Branches
- Create and manage content for marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, newsletters, and website updates
- Show proactive initiative in identifying opportunities for marketing activities and taking action to capitalize on them
- Coordinate and execute marketing activities across multiple channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, events, and advertising
- Monitor and track marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign effectiveness, to measure ROI and inform future strategies
- Support the planning and execution of events and trade shows including logistics, vendor coordination, and attendee communication
- Work closely with the sales team to support various initiatives and projects
- Support the organization and execution of promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and engagement
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) required
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum years of verifiable experience in marketing or related role in the Manufacturing Industry
- Graphic Design Skills – Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop are a must
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong organizational and admin skills.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
