About the Role
We are a fast-moving organization delivering business-critical technology solutions, and were looking for a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer to strengthen our IT delivery capability. In this role, you’ll design, build, and maintain scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions primarily within customer-focused environments working independently on development tasks while collaborating closely with stakeholders and supporting junior developers in a deadline-driven, hybrid setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions aligned to business needs
- Build and manage Power Automate workflows to support process automation and integrations
- Configure and customize applications, including forms, views, dashboards, security, and data models
- Participate in solution design, estimation, testing, and deployment activities
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers while collaborating with stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience (25 years) delivering Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions in live environments
- Strong practical expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse configuration
- Technical customization and integration exposure, including JavaScript and REST/API work
- Self-driven, accountable, and collaborative, able to work independently while supporting junior team members
