About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SPA Manager to join our team in Umthatha, Eastern Cape. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily spa operations, including staff supervision and customer service.
- Implement and maintain high standards of product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance therapist skills and productivity.
- Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase revenue growth.
- Collaborate with therapists to set targets and motivate them to reach sales goals.
- Maintain accurate records and reports using Excel, Word, and other software.
Requirements
- Beauty / Somatology qualifications
- 4-5 years of working experience in a busy Spa/Salon in a Management position
- Excellent computer literacy skills (Excel, Word, Email, etc.)
- Good administrative skills
- Excellent Salesperson
- Strong record of Training and Leading people
