Job Description
- Beauty / Somatology qualifications a MUST.
- MUST have 4- 5 years of working experience in a busy Spa/Salon in a Management position.
- MUST have excellent computer literacy skills (Excel, Word, Email, etc.) and good administrative skills.
- MUST be an excellent Salesperson.
- Have a strong record of Training and Leading people.
- PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE OF: Babor & Kalahari.
- MUST be proactive and always look for new opportunities to increase the overall wellness of the Spa.
- MUST have excellent Product knowledge of various Spa products.
- MUST be able to work under pressure.
- MUST be Sales & Target driven and be able to motivate Therapists to reach targets.
- Previous experience with the opening and implementation of a spa would be beneficial.
