About the Role

As a Sales Representative for PnS Group Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and optimising product availability across Clicks and Dis-Chem stores in the Southern Western Districts of the Western Cape. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients’ products in the pharmacy channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shelf Health: Ensure OSA (On-Shelf Availability) and SOS (Share of Shelf) compliance within Clicks and Dis-Chem, execute the Vision Store Program to maintain premium brand visibility, implement planograms and secure priority displays to drive visibility.
  • Effective Administration: Capture store-level data accurately and provide detailed reports on field activities, maintain organised documentation and records according to predefined procedures, utilise operational and sales software applications with advanced proficiency to track store performance.
  • Sales Target / Volume and Profitability: Deliver on IDP sales targets and secure promotional deals, drive the sell-through of priority brands to unlock growth opportunities within the pharmacy channel, monitor and report on sales performance to ensure the growth and profitability of the client portfolio.
  • Manage and Develop Field Staff: Provide guidance and support to roving merchandisers and dedicated teams within the field, facilitate team effectiveness by taking actions that demonstrate consideration for the needs of the merchandising team, act as a point of contact for internal communication, coordinating between the field and the operational support office.
  • Client / Customer Satisfaction: Build and maintain professional business associations with store managers and pharmacy staff, handle client inquiries and requests promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction ratings, act as a champion for the customer by identifying and resolving process bottlenecks at the store level.
  • Effective Self-Management: Organise time effectively and apply self-management habits that lead to increased productivity, manage your own performance to achieve personal and professional growth goals, adhere to company policies and industry regulations (including POPIA) during all field interactions.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 or NQF level 4
  • 2 years’ experience in FMCG industry
  • 2 years’ experience in Retail Pharma Industry
