About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Synergy Human Resources. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling sales enquiries, and driving business growth through effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client liaison and relationship management
- Respond to sales enquiries on the CRM system
- Guide clients through services offered, pricing, and additional options (insurance, storage, packing)
- View clients’ household goods if required
- Prepare costing for quotation
- Follow up on quotations
- Open files for secured moves
- Filing and maintaining accurate client records
- Handle tender requests
- Administration: email correspondence, telephone correspondence
- Supporting management with ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Claims handling: submission and tracking of insurance claims
- Marketing cold calls and field sales
- Report to Head Office monthly
- Injury on duty registration and administration
- Managing various different excel databases (Bordereaux and claims tracker)
Requirements
- Grade 12 with Mathematics
- Previous sales / marketing or customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong geographical knowledge
- Previous experience in the transport or relocation industries is a huge advantage
- Must be fully computer literate, and proficient in Excel
