About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reservationist to join our team at Leapfrog Hospitality Recruitment, specializing in the safari lodge industry. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to guest inquiries and reservations via telephone, email, and in-person
- Process bookings and manage reservations systems effectively
- Provide personalized support and recommendations to guests
