Job Description

Minimum Requirements Matric Valid Drivers License and Own Vehicle MS Office, Excel (Advanced) Email communication and WhatsApp Excellent communication and customer service abilities 3 5 years experience in a similar role Proven experience in sales support and administrative functions Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail Ability to remain composed and effective in high-pressure situations Collaborative team player with the confidence to work independently Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp Manage the coordination of quotes, bookings, and follow-up communications Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients Monitor and track leads and opportunities to ensure timely follow-up and no missed prospects Provide administrative, scheduling, and pipeline management support to the sales and operations teams Collaborate closely with dispatch and operations to ensure the seamless delivery of services

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Office Co-ordinator to support our Head of Sales and assist the broader sales team. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Manage the diary and office of the Head of Sales Perform secretarial tasks: prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and contract drafting. Handle sales admin functions: processing offers, confirming orders, updating CRM, and reporting. Liaise with clients, partners, and internal departments in a professional and confidential manner. Support event planning, budgeting, and marketing initiatives. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Prepare monthly sales and financial reports. Assist with customer account management and project tracking. ✠Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in sales administration or office support. Matric Secretarial Diploma or relevant NQF6 qualification . Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking abilities. High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to meet deadlines.
