About the Role
The Business Administrator will support the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring smooth administrative processes, assisting with client coordination, and contributing to branding and design-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the business.
- Manage emails, client inquiries, and communication.
- Assist with quotations, invoicing, and record keeping.
- Support coordination of projects and job tracking.
- Assist with basic design tasks using Canva.
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).
- Support social media or marketing-related tasks where required.
Requirements
- South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
- Must not have participated on the YES programme before.
- Matric.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Basic understanding of business operations and office administration.
- Computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
