The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Execute strategic sales initiatives to secure new business and expand our regional footprint. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain robust, long-term partnerships with a diverse client base. Performance: Consistently meet and exceed defined sales targets and KPIs. Pipeline Management: Oversee the administrative sales process, including lead tracking, proposal drafting, and CRM management. Competencies: Exceptional negotiation skills, sophisticated verbal and written communication, and proficiency in sales administration.
