About the Role

A leading building solutions and architectural systems company in Durban is seeking a versatile National Marketing Manager to drive growth across both external and trade marketing sectors. The ideal candidate will be a creative and strategic professional with strong experience in multi-channel brand development, passionate about networking and technical brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and optimize all online channels, including the corporate website, SEO strategies, and Google AdWords campaigns to maximize lead generation.
Execute targeted social media strategies and marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and engagement.
Manage the production and placement of print media advertisements and promotional materials.
Coordinate and represent the company at key industry events, including trade shows and golf days.
Maintain and update “Brand Bibles” to ensure consistent company branding across all platforms and physical assets.
Actively network with industry stakeholders such as architects, interior designers, developers, and builders to drive specifications.
Organize and deliver Continuing Professional Development (CPD) presentations to industry professionals to position the company as a thought leader.
Manage the distribution of newsletters and updates specifically tailored to trade customers.
Utilize the CRM system to track interactions, manage the sales pipeline from a marketing perspective, and refine customer targeting.
Identify new networking opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand the company’s footprint in the KwaZulu-Natal region and nationally.
Develop technical and promotional content for architectural and interior design audiences.
Manage marketing budgets and timelines effectively.

Requirements

Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business.

Experience in National Marketing, preferably in building or architecture.

Knowledge of B2B marketing and professional specification processes.

Proficiency in SEO, Google AdWords, and social media.

Experience with website management and digital campaigns.
