Charter Manager Aviation (Port Moresby, PNG) We are seeking an experienced Charter Manager to join our client’s aviation project in Papua New Guinea . This senior commercial role will drive the development of the charter market, manage contracts, and deliver tailored charter solutions for corporate and government clients. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow charter contracts, ensuring compliance with safety and aviation regulations. Conduct market research, identify new opportunities, and negotiate contracts. Oversee charter operations, including flight scheduling, ground handling, and client service. Provide regular performance, risk, and profitability reports to senior management. Build strong relationships with stakeholders in the corporate and resource sectors. Requirements Tertiary qualification in Business or related discipline. 5-10 years of industry experience, ideally in aviation or charter management. Strong contract management, negotiation, and business development skills. Experience in PNG or emerging markets is advantageous.
