About the Role
Network Finance is seeking an experienced E & I Manager to lead our electrical and instrumentation systems design and development. As a key member of our engineering team, you will drive innovation, manage complex projects, and contribute to long-term organisational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of electrical and instrumentation systems
- Oversee system testing, inspections, and quality assurance
- Manage installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities
- Drive project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and standards are met
- Champion safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor, develop, and manage a team of engineers, technicians, and electricians
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (ECSA registration highly beneficial)
- 10+ years’ experience in E&I engineering, including at least 3 years in leadership
- Strong expertise in PLCs, DCS, SCADA, industrial automation, and electrical systems
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead technical teams
- Proficiency in CAD and electrical design software
- Strong knowledge of safety standards, risk management, and regulatory compliance
