About the Role
An established organisation is seeking a Financial Reporting Business Partner to join its team. This role plays a key part in supporting structured business processes by ensuring the delivery of accurate, consistent, and high-quality financial outputs across multiple areas of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial reporting outputs across multiple business areas
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of financial information
- Support structured reporting cycles including monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables
- Review inputs from various teams and resolve reporting queries
- Assist with preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules
- Perform analysis of financial results and provide clear explanations where required
- Support audit processes and provide required documentation and explanations
- Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on reporting requirements
- Maintain and improve reporting processes, controls, and tools
- Ensure adherence to internal reporting standards and timelines

Qualifications
Matric (Grade 12)
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) – Required
