About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Fleet Sales Representative to join our team at Motus Ford in Kempton Park, Gauteng. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting Ford vehicles to corporate clients and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with fleet customers to drive sales of Ford vehicles
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the fleet sales market
- Communicate and negotiate effectively with customers to close sales deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales service for fleet customers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the fleet sales industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and Ford vehicles is preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
