About the Role
Network Finance is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Engineer Graduate to join our team. As an Industrial Engineer, you will contribute to the design of material flow systems and facility layouts, while also supporting the development of new assembly process methods and techniques. This role offers the opportunity to work with various teams, including R&D and Manufacturing, to improve production lines and enhance overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design of material flow systems and facility layouts
- Assist with mechanical and electronic maintenance of jigs, fixtures, and production equipment
- Support the development of new assembly process methods and techniques
- Participate in improving production lines and enhancing overall efficiency
- Help facilitate new product introductions between the R&D and Manufacturing teams
- Learn and apply time study principles to support process improvements
- Gain exposure to factory layout concepts
- Assist with RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) activities, incoming inspections, and related documentation
- Participate in Root Cause Analysis to identify and solve manufacturing issues
Requirements
- Some exposure to the manufacturing environment through projects, internships, or practical training (advantageous)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Interest in Renewable Energy technologies (advantageous)
Qualifications
BSc/BEng/BTech in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering
