Invoicing Clerk req. for Co. in Sandton. Salary: R13,500. Strong attention to detail & proven exp. in invoicing. Knowledge of the transport industry is an adv., but not a requirement. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, & capable of managing a variety of invoicing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Invoicing: Accurately prepare, process, and issue invoices to clients, ensuring compliance with agreements & timely submission.Record Keeping: Maintain organized & up-to-date invoicing records, including reconciliations & payment schedules.Data Entry: Input invoicing data into accounting systems with precision, ensuring error-free entries.Follow-Ups: Manage follow-up communications for overdue invoices & assist in resolving discrepancies.Collaboration: Work closely with sales, finance, & operations teams to ensure smooth invoicing processes.Attention to Detail: Verify all invoices for accuracy, completeness, & compliance with internal standards.Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify & correct errors.Proven experience as an Invoicing Clerk or in a similar role.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask & meet deadlines.Knowledge of the transport industry (advantageous but not required).Computer literacy, incl. proficiency in accounting software, Excel, & MS Office.Good verbal & written communication skills.
