About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic clinic team in Gauteng. As a key member of our front-of-house, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to ensure seamless daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaising confidently with patients, both in person and telephonically
- Answering calls, taking messages, and managing patient communication
- Handling appointment bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Managing front-of-house administration and ensuring a welcoming environment
- Assisting with quotations, payments, invoices, and general billing processes
- Working closely with the doctor and clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
Minimum 5 years reception experience in a medical practice / clinic is essential
Strong communication skills with excellent English proficiency
Highly organised with good attention to detail
Punctual, reliable, and able to work overtime when required
Willing to work Saturdays
