Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Retail / Store Manager with leadership skills; excellent communication skills and most importantly knowledge and experience of how to manage employees and the store operations, within a restaurant environment. In this role you will be responsible for: Ensuring that the store operates smoothly, providing customers with exceptional customer experience and maintaining product quality and stock control. Ensuring legal compliance and acting as communication liaison between company, staff, and suppliers. General store staff management which includes interviewing, hiring, and training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Ensure compliance with all standards, policies and procedures by all store staff.
