About the Role The Sales Representative for Parts at VW Alberton is a customer-focused position that emphasizes building relationships and providing exceptional service within the automotive parts sector. You will be responsible for selling parts and accessories to both individual customers and businesses, contributing to the growth and success of the dealership. Key Responsibilities – Engage with customers to assess their parts needs and provide knowledgeable recommendations. – Process orders for parts through various channels, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. – Maintain an organized inventory of parts and follow up on stock levels to meet customer demand. – Develop strong relationships with customers through exceptional service and follow-up communication. – Collaborate with service department staff to identify parts required for repairs and maintenance. – Assist in the promotion of parts specials and campaigns to drive sales growth. – Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address complaints in a professional manner. – Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to enhance customer satisfaction.
