??? ??????????? ??????????? is partnering with a prestigious luxury safari lodge in the Sabi Sand to recruit an experienced and dynamic ???? & ???????? ???????. This is a hands-on operational role, ideally suited to a passionate F&B professional who thrives in a luxury hospitality environment and is committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, from culinary quality and guest service to procurement and staff development. Working closely with an independent Food Consultant, the F&B Manager will be responsible for implementing menu concepts, maintaining five-star food and beverage standards, and ensuring consistency across all dining services. The role demands strong leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences. The successful candidate will establish and manage structured procurement systems, including ordering, stock control, supplier management, and food cost control, while ensuring full compliance with hygiene and safety regulations across all kitchen and dining facilities. A key focus of the role is team leadership and staff development, including training, mentoring, and performance management of kitchen and service staff, many of whom come from surrounding communities. The F&B Manager will foster a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and service excellence. Requirements Proven experience as an F&B Manager, Executive Chef, or similar role in a luxury lodge, boutique hotel, or fine-dining establishment is essential. Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills with demonstrated experience in staff training and development are required. Exceptional organisational ability and experience implementing F&B systems and standard operating procedures is necessary. Proficiency in cost control, procurement, and stock management is required. Hands-on experience in menu planning, food presentation, and beverage pairings is expected. A Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or Food & Beverage Management is advantageous. Knowledge of South African and international cuisine trends, as well as point-of-sale and inventory management systems, is beneficial.
