About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant with advanced skills to join our team in Gauteng. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end SAP SD solutions, troubleshooting complex incidents, and collaborating with local and global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Functional Lead within the Operations team
• Own and drive end-to-end SAP SD solutions across development and operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents and support tickets within defined SLAs
• Identify problems and propose sustainable solutions
• Configure system changes and support production issue resolution
• Develop and maintain solution documentation and guides
• Ensure effective knowledge sharing across the team
• Engage with clients through meetings, calls, and written communication
• Collaborate with local and global teams
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)
• Maintain updates using Agile toolsets (e.g., Jira, Confluence)

Requirements

• SAP SD Certification
• Extensive hands-on SAP SD experience
• Strong operations experience (ticket handling, incident & problem management)
• Experience working within Agile frameworks (AWM or similar)

Qualifications

• Relevant IT or Business Degree and/or certifications
• Minimum 3+ years SAP experience
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA
• Strong debugging skills (SAP ABAP)
• Experience with IDocs and AIF
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
