About the Role
A highly experienced Branch Manager is sought to lead a team in a well-established HVAC firm representing the Garden Route region. The ideal candidate will provide overall management to a team of technicians and office staff, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall Management to Operations Manager team of technicians (17 plus assistants)
- Manage and oversee entire project from inception to commissioning
- Set & manage budgets, full company finances including entire debtors & creditors
- Establish excellent working relationship with suppliers
- Interact with customers: maintain good relationships and keep communication channels open
- Provide Technical resolutions & Problem solving
- Foster a strong orientation towards building in-house technical skills of technicians
Requirements
- 20 years’ experience in the field of HVAC & Refrigeration
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Strong problem-solving and technical expertise
