About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Hair Stylist/Barber to join our team at Synergy Human Resources in George. As a key member of our salon, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional professional hair services to our clients, while maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Professional Hair Services: Cutting Colouring Highlights Styling Blow-drying Fades Beard grooming Treatments, and consultations
- Conduct consultations to understand needs, make recommendations
- Provide aftercare advice
- Housekeeping maintaining hygiene standards
- Recommend and retail haircare products
- Keep up to date with hair trends, and techniques
- Manage client bookings efficiently
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
- Qualified Hairdresser with a recognised hairdressing certificate
- Strong technical skills in hairdressing or barbering
- Minimum of 2 years salon experience
- Experience working with Redken and/or LOréal professional products is a big plus
- Experience in a professional or premium salon environment preferred
