About the Role
Route Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team in Germiston. As a key member of our sales administration team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and experience in sales administration, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update all client and sales information
- Respond to sales queries and client requests in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and communications
- Work closely with warehouse, finance, and sales departments to coordinate efforts
- Process and follow up on orders, quotations, and customer documentation
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of information shared internally and externally
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients and build strong relationships with new clients
Requirements
- National Senior Certificate (Matric)
- A tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar Sales Administrator/Coordinator role, preferably in the agricultural or textile sectors
- Drivers licence
- Team player
- Good communication skills
