About the Role

Dante Personnel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technician and Facilitator (Work At Heights) to join our team in Germiston. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing permanent lifeline systems and fall protection solutions, conducting Work-At-Heights Training, and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installing permanent lifeline systems and fall protection solutions
  • Conducting Work-At-Heights Training
  • Conducting site surveys and identifying client requirements
  • Inspecting and maintaining work at heights equipment
  • Assisting with training operations and product demonstrations
  • Conducting LOBO system demonstrations for clients
  • Compiling handover documents, safety files, and installation reports
  • Maintaining training kits, tools, and equipment
  • Delivering professional client service both on-site and at Head Office
  • Travelling to client sites when required

Requirements

  • Minimum Grade 12 or relevant NQF qualification
  • Work at Heights certification
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Fall protection installation experience
  • Valid South African driver’s license
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Tertiary qualification in Safety (advantageous)
  • Experience conducting site surveys (advantageous)
  • Technical or safety-related background
