MASTERPARTS Head Office Epping 2 (North) We are looking for a presentable and professional Administrative Assistant with exceptional telephone etiquette. The duties will include: Assisting with the scheduling of appointments and managing boardroom and meeting room bookings. Assisting with travel arrangements. Assisting with purchases as needed. Administering Vehicle registrations, insurance, and driver traffic fines. General administrative duties. Assisting with the management of housekeeping and related services. Ad Hoc duties as required by management. Relieving the switchboard operator and Reception as needed. The following is required: You must have at least matric. Relevant tertiary qualifications will be advantageous. You must have experience in a similar role. You must have intermediate computer skills and be proficient in all programs within the MS Office suite. You must be fluent in English and Afrikaans. You must have excellent writing and grammar skills.
