Hillcrest: Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager

Job Description

A well-regarded South African automotive retail group with a multi-franchise dealership network across major regions, representing a diverse portfolio of established and expanding international vehicle brands. We are seeking an experienced and fully compliant F&I Manager to oversee the finance and insurance function within the dealership. You will be responsible for structuring finance deals, offering value-added products, and ensuring full regulatory compliance to optimize dealership profitability and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities Structure and submit finance applications to all major banking institutions and financial providers. Present and sell value-added products (VAPs) such as warranties, service plans, and insurance policies to clients. Manage the entire end-to-end invoicing and delivery documentation process to ensure timeous pay-outs. Maintain full compliance with FAIS, FICA, and NCA regulations throughout the transaction cycle. Collaborate closely with the sales team and dealership management to maximize unit turnover and finance penetration. Reconcile commission sheets and ensure accurate record-keeping of all financial transactions. Requirements Matric / Grade 12 certificate. Proven experience working as a Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager within a franchise automotive dealership environment. Full FAIS qualification (appropriate credits) and successful completion of the RE5 examination. Valid and clean DOFA status with the FSCA. Proficiency using recognized Dealership Management Systems (DMS) and finance submission platforms (such as Signio). A valid South African drivers license. Remuneration R15 000 R18 000 per month, plus commission and benefits. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
