About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Guide and Duty Manager couple to join our team at Hluhluwe. As a live-in position, you will be immersed in the beauty of nature while working together as a cohesive unit. We value a friendly demeanor and attitude, and we’re looking for an energetic couple who is eager to learn and dive in.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guided tours and ensure the safety of our guests
- Manage day-to-day operations within the camp, including handling in-camp issues
- Work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and respect for staff and guests
- Participate in maintenance tasks as part of the team
Requirements
- Guide:
- Valid PDP (Professional Driving Permit)
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid first aid Level 1 certification
- Deat registration
- Fgasa level 1 minimum
- At least 2 years of working experience as a guide
- Experience with maintenance is beneficial
