About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic couple to join our team as Guide and Duty Manager at Hluhluwe, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring the well-being of our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guided tours and ensure guest satisfaction
- Manage daily operations and duties in accordance with company policies
- Maintain high levels of safety and security for guests and staff
Requirements
- Guide:
- Valid PDP (Professional Development Programme) certificate
- Valid driver’s license
- First aid Level 1 certification
- Deat registration
- Fgasa level 1 minimum
- Minimum 2 years working experience in a similar role
