About the Role
The Front of House Manager at our Ultra Luxury Lodge in Timbavati Region is responsible for creating a seamless and personalised guest experience from arrival to departure. This role requires a passionate and service-driven individual who can lead all guest-facing operations with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all guest-facing operations with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail
- Create a welcoming atmosphere where every interaction reflects the lodge’s commitment to luxury hospitality
- Inspire a passionate and service-driven team to consistently maintain exceptional service standards
- Oversee all aspects of the lodge operation (FOH, Guest Interaction, F&B, and Housekeeping)
- Ensure seamless execution of daily operations
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent from a reputable & recognized Hotel School (advantageous)
- At least 3-5 years in a Senior Management position in a 5-star, Ultra luxury Hospitality environment (essential)
