About the Role
The Senior Litigation Secretary / Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to a senior executive, handling complex litigation matters and personal assistant duties with discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and editing litigation documents, including pleadings, affidavits, and other court filings
- Coordinating with attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth litigation processes
- Managing Deceased Estate Administration tasks as required
- Providing administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence
- Maintaining confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years experience as Litigation Secretary
- Strong Litigation drafting experience
- Experience in Deceased Estate Administration would be an added bonus (not a requirement)
