About the Role
We are seeking an experienced F&I Sales Executive to join our team at Isando, where you will be responsible for securing contracts, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct digital and hard copy contract management on Xperteck
- Complete 18 CPD points of training per year to stay compliant with regulations
- Prepare general reports for month-end review
- Sanction screening of deals before invoicing
- Perform general admin duties
- Manage NATIS documents sent to relevant banks
- Sign client contracts, either on-site or off-site
- Follow up constantly with sales on the progress of deals and client inquiries
- Build relationships with Sales Executives
- Support Sales Executives in completing finance processes from start to end with banks
- Send POP to accounts and sales executives once payments on deals have been made
- Request daily banking allocations
- Request settlements for clients and send settlements once received
- Attend meetings as required
- Request deposits from clients when deals are approved on behalf of Sales
- Prepare letter of undertakings to banks to get payments of trucks from banks
- Handle general customer queries, assistance, and requests
- Type and do approval letters to clients either bank or in-house finance
- Request contracts from banks and check them for accuracy
- Upload files on shared drive
- Send and receive application documents to clients, go through them, and request outstanding information from clients
- Conduct constant follow-up on banks for feedback
- Motivate credit reports
- Assist F&I Manager with all other duties as required
Requirements
- NQF Level 4 Financial Qualification
- Full F&I Qualification
- NCR Accreditation
- RES Representative Accreditation
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
- Read and write in English and Afrikaans
- Code 8 licence
