is partnering with an exclusive Safari Company in East Africa to recruit a to join their Team. This role is suited to a hospitality professional who is deeply passionate about service excellence and understands the intricacies of maintaining world-class standards across multiple lodge environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring consistency, operational efficiency, and exceptional guest experiences, while upholding the brand’s reputation for delivering high-end, detail-driven safari hospitality in remote and unique wilderness locations. This hands-on role focuses on maintaining quality across all operational touchpoints, from overseeing purchases and stock related to guest and staff facilities, to monitoring and controlling uniform standards, and ensuring attention to detail in presentation and upkeep. Working closely with the General Manager, the Quality Control Manager will also play a key role in identifying quality gaps and supporting training initiatives across departments, driving consistency, operational efficiency, and exceptional guest experiences in unique wilderness locations. Requirements: 3-year Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality / tourism management At least 4 years’ experience in an upmarket 5* safari or hospitality establishment Have a passion for excellence and a commitment to maintaining high standards in all aspects of the role International Experience preferred Must have strong leadership qualities to inspire and motivate a team Strong financial acumen Knowledgeable on POS systems Excellent attention to detail Adaptable to working in a remote location. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Computer literate and highly organized.
