About the Role
As a Key Accounts Manager â Refreshment Category, you will play a central role in managing strategic accounts within the refreshment category, with responsibility for both growing existing business and identifying new commercial opportunities. The focus is on delivering profitable growth through strong customer partnerships, disciplined account management, and commercially sound decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of strategic customer accounts within the refreshment category
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships across multiple stakeholder levels
- Identify, develop, and convert commercial opportunities across assigned accounts
- Lead pricing discussions, negotiations, and commercial agreements in line with business frameworks
- Develop and execute structured account plans aligned to growth objectives
- Monitor market trends, customer activity, and competitive movements to inform commercial strategy
- Manage forecasting, pipeline accuracy, and contribute to budgeting cycles
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in Key Account Management, Strategic Sales, or equivalent commercial roles
- Proven track record of managing complex customer relationships and delivering sustained revenue growth
- Experience within FMCG, food manufacturing, or fast-paced commercial environments
