About the Role
Operational Salespeople are expected to serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner, ensuring that all customers are greeted, approached, and handled as per the 6 elements of selling. This role is critical to generating sales for the store to achieve its targets and sustain business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner
- Ensure customer expectations are exceeded through exceptional service
- Manage the retail floor to achieve business goals and maintain profitability
- Maintain product knowledge and trends, testing products as necessary
- Merchandise standards and ensure product presentation is optimal
- Handle sales certification and adhere to Cash Crusaders Protocol
- Monitor security/shrinkage and implement measures to prevent loss
