About the Role

Operational Salespeople are expected to serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner, ensuring that all customers are greeted, approached, and handled as per the 6 elements of selling. This role is critical to generating sales for the store to achieve its targets and sustain business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Ensure customer expectations are exceeded through exceptional service
  • Manage the retail floor to achieve business goals and maintain profitability
