About the Role
As a Customer Experience Officer at Clinix Health Group Ltd in Johannesburg, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all hospital functions are performed in a manner that optimizes patient and staff experience. You will be responsible for implementing approved frameworks and processes to deploy patient experience initiatives, utilizing performance standards and measurements to improve patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement approved frameworks and processes for patient experience initiatives
- Apply and utilize patient experience performance standards and deploy respective measurements processes
- Utilize patient experience index data to improve patient experience
- Manage the overall patient experience within the hospital under the leadership of senior managers
- Develop and manage patient journey campaigns
- Create or customize patient education materials (brochures, pamphlets, videos) based on hospital needs
- Assist in managing patient flow through various departments to ensure timely attendance by health practitioners
- Execute customer experience tasks within established frameworks and policies
- Identify trends to address quality and patient experience improvements
- Manage customization of customer experience initiatives for hospital employees
- Coordinate execution of staff-related activities (Health Day coordination, Staff wellness, etc.)
- Support staff as liaisons between patients, healthcare workers, and families
- Ensure timely resolution of stakeholder queries and complaints
Requirements
- Diploma in Marketing or a healthcare-related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare environment
- Experience as a customer experience specialist is advantageous
- Computer proficiency
