This is a strategic leadership role for an experienced operations and project management professional. If you excel at ensuring service mobilisation, demobilisation, and contract scope changes run smoothly, on time, and within budget this is your next platform to lead.

About the Role

Youll oversee the end-to-end delivery of mobilisation and demobilisation projects, ensuring contractual deliverables, operational readiness, governance compliance, and risk management are all met. Youll serve as the single point of accountability with the client, maintaining strong relationships and driving cross-functional alignment.

What Youll Do

• Manage all mobilisation/demobilisation deliverables for new contracts and scope changes

• Ensure services are implemented as per contractual agreements, SLAs, and commercial terms

• Lead project management processes, governance, and risk control

• Oversee recruitment and staffing of services

• Ensure end-to-end readiness of IT, SAP, and Finance systems

• Drive compliance with Health & Safety and governance principles

• Manage change control processes and address escalations professionally

• Maintain strong client relationships throughout transitions

What You Bring

• General Management Degree or equivalent experience with Project Management background

• 510 years relevant leadership experience in implementation/mobilisation roles

• Strong business, financial, and asset management understanding

• Good knowledge of facilities management fundamentals

• Solid grasp of SAP, MS Office, and project management tools

• Excellent client relations, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills

• Valid Code 8 drivers licence
