Responsible for developing the knowledge and skills of PnS in-store employees, ensuring that field staff can meet their business objectives, drive KPI performance and deliver quality services that meet customers needs and compliance requirements Grade 12 Valid South African drivers license Minimum of 5 year’s experience within the sales & merchandising in-store environment Availability to travel and visit our retail stores, as needed Excellent coaching & training skills Previous experience as a team leader Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the group Ability to motivate employees to achieve compliance numbers Ability to manage the full in-store training cycle, including conducting in-person activities and using online communication platforms Own smart mobile device Excellent communication skills written, verbal and telephonic (English) > The capacity to listen attentively, present information in a clear manner and respond appropriately to the verbal and written communication of others Excellent organiser and planner > The capacity to break down a large task into subtasks or sub-goals, to anticipate obstacles and evaluate alternatives.
