About the Role
An eco-centric, non-profit organisation is seeking a dynamic Office Manager to support their operational goals and foster their ethos. As a values-driven individual with solid operational experience, you will work collaboratively in a purpose-led environment while taking ownership of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of operational goals within various properties and programs
- Contribute to fostering the ethos of the organisation
- Build and collaborate with a capable and dependable staff complement
- Work in cooperation with other managers and departments within the organisation
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field of study
- 5-10 years of Management experience, with proven track record and references
- Background experience in Accounting or Bookkeeping and Operations (advantageous)
- Computer literate
- MS Office (especially Excel), experience in Xero will be beneficial
