Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned to business objectives. Lead and support key HR functions including Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Labour Relations, and Organisational Design. Drive change management initiatives and organisational transformation projects. Provide strategic guidance and coaching to senior management on people-related matters. Analyse HR metrics and leverage HR Information Systems to support informed business decisions. Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and best HR practices. Lead and develop HR teams while fostering a high-performance culture. Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile Education: Relevant University Degree (essential). Post Graduate Diploma and/or MBA will be highly advantageous. Afrikaans as school subject added advantage Experience: Minimum 5 years’ leadership and management experience, including managing teams through other managers. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior HR Business Partner or performance improvement role with leadership responsibility. Proven experience across core HR disciplines including C&B, Resourcing, L&D, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Labour Relations, Change Management, and Organisational Design. Experience working within an international or geographically diverse business environment. Demonstrated ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders and executive leadership. Skills: Strong knowledge of HR Information Systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
