About the Role

Join our dynamic team as a Hospitality Sales Executive in Johannesburg, where you’ll have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality industry. As a sales professional, you’ll be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, presenting premium hospitality apparel solutions, and driving sales through proactive prospecting and pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within hotels, restaurants, chains, lodges, and hospitality groups
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers including chefs, F&B managers, procurement teams, and executives
  • Present and promote premium hospitality apparel solutions, showcasing quality, innovation, and industry relevance
  • Drive sales through proactive prospecting, pipeline management, and consistent follow-ups
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and client training sessions
  • Prepare proposals, compile quotations, and confidently negotiate and close deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order delivery and client satisfaction
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and culinary expos
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records of all sales activity

Requirements

  • Strong sales track record with the ability to consistently meet and exceed targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills able to engage at all levels
  • Confident negotiator with strong presentation and closing abilities
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven (“go-getter” mindset)
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel regularly

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience (hospitality, catering, foodservice or similar sector)
