About the Role

As an Internal Sales Executive or External Sales Executive in our Cape Town region, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the full sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Your contribution will directly impact market expansion, customer satisfaction, and overall business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Communicate with customers and follow up on leads
  • Answer customer queries and provide product/service information
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Identify sales opportunities and close deals
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support
  • Stay informed about products, services, and competitors
  • Conduct market research and identify industry trends
  • Develop strategies to expand the client base
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and promotional material
  • Maintain customer databases and sales records
  • Research and qualify leads
  • Monitor sales pipelines and performance metrics

  • Upsell products and services where appropriate
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with marketing, finance, customer support, and product teams
