About the Role

The Internal Sales Administrator role is a key position in our Paints / Coatings / Chemical Manufacturing team, located in Boksburg. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our sales administration team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders on an ERP system
  • Coordinate sales administration tasks
  • Provide customer service and support the external sales team
  • Liaise with customers regarding raw material chemical products they have ordered and ensure timely delivery
  • Assist the Sales team with sales forecasts, quotations, and pricing
  • Procure chemical raw materials from International Suppliers and ensure timely delivery
  • Liaise with transport companies and shipping companies to ensure export orders are shipped on time

Requirements

  • Minimum matric is essential for the role
  • Previous experience having worked as an internal sales or customer services administrator in a related industry (coatings, chemicals, or similar) is preferred
  • Experience having worked within the coatings or chemical industries is highly recommended but not essential
  • Computer literacy and ideally experience working on an ERP System
  • Good communication skills and proactive, self-motivated

Qualifications

  • Minimum matric certificate
