About the Role

Live Line Electrical is entering a focused “Back to Basics” technical rebuild phase and we are looking for a disciplined, technically strong Junior Electrical Technician / Wireman to grow within our workshop operations. This role is for a young professional with solid hands-on experience who wants to develop into a specialist in battery chargers, mini-substations and industrial electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop technical skills in battery charger assembly, testing & commissioning
  • Manufacture and refurbish mini-substations
  • Perform workshop-based LV equipment repairs
  • Assist in structured fault diagnosis of industrial panel wiring

Requirements

  • N4 Electrical Engineering (minimum)
  • Valid Wireman’s Licence (Compulsory)
  • 2–3 years hands-on industrial electrical experience
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings
  • Practical panel wiring experience
  • Electrical fault-finding capability
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Valid driver’s licence (advantageous)
