About the Role As Lead, Employee Success, you will lead a team responsible for managing the critical onboarding journey for employees joining global organisations through an Employer of Record model. You will oversee onboarding operations, drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and collaborate across multiple business functions to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for both clients and employees. This role combines people leadership, operational excellence, stakeholder management, and strategic process improvement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys balancing customer experience with scalable operational delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of onboarding specialists Foster a high-performance culture through coaching and effective people management Design, implement, and optimise onboarding workflows and operational processes Drive workflow automation and operational efficiency initiatives Ensure employee onboarding activities remain compliant with global regulatory requirements Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Operations, Product, and Customer Success teams Develop and implement strategies to improve employee onboarding and engagement experiences Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for improvement Leverage technology and automation to improve scalability and efficiency Identify, assess, and mitigate onboarding-related operational risks Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and service delivery models What You’ll Bring 2 years of people management experience Experience managing teams of 5 direct reports Strong background in customer service, customer operations, onboarding, or employee success environments Proven leadership experience developing and coaching high-performing teams Experience with process improvement, workflow automation, and operational optimisation Strong stakeholder management and communication skills CRM experience with demonstrated process enhancement capabilities Data-driven approach with experience analysing KPIs and operational metrics Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Nice to Have Salesforce experience Experience within a technology, SaaS, internet, or HR tech business Experience building and influencing cross-functional stakeholder relationships Exposure to global employment, onboarding, or workforce operations Experience using data to drive operational improvements and business decisions What’s On Offer Competitive market-related salary Share incentive scheme Generous leave policy Hybrid working model with flexibility and autonomy Team lunches, breakfasts, coffee, drinks, and healthy snacks Opportunity to lead a critical function within a scaling global business Exposure to innovative HR technology and global workforce solutions Company Culture This is a business built around continuous improvement, collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
