We are seeking an accomplished executive with a strong commercial mindset, deep regional expertise, and the ability to translate ambitious growth plans into measurable business outcomes.
This role will serve as the regional leader for Southern Africa, responsible for driving business development, operational excellence, client retention, and market expansion across a diverse portfolio of professional services. Working closely with executive leadership, you will oversee regional performance, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and ensure the delivery of exceptional client solutions across multiple jurisdictions.
The successful candidate will combine strategic leadership with hands-on commercial execution, balancing revenue growth, operational governance, regulatory compliance, and team development. The position offers significant visibility and influence, with responsibility for growing market share and establishing the organisation as a trusted partner for businesses operating across Southern Africa.

What You’ll Do
Develop and execute the regional growth and market expansion strategy
Identify new business opportunities across key sectors including mining, renewable energy, technology and financial services
Build and manage a sustainable pipeline of strategic opportunities
Maintain full accountability for regional revenue, profitability and operational performance
Lead key client relationships and serve as executive sponsor for major accounts
Ensure seamless delivery of corporate, tax, fiduciary, payroll and compliance services
Strengthen relationships with regulators, financial institutions, legal partners and industry stakeholders
Oversee partner networks across multiple Southern African jurisdictions
Monitor market developments, regulatory changes and competitive activity
Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences and executive forums
Foster a high-performance culture focused on innovation, professionalism and client service
Ensure adherence to governance, risk management and anti-bribery compliance standards
What You Bring
Minimum 7 years of senior leadership experience within professional services, consulting, financial services or a related environment
Strong understanding of Southern African business and regulatory environments
Proven success in business development, client acquisition and revenue growth
Demonstrated experience managing regional operations and diverse stakeholder groups
Strong knowledge of Debt Capital Markets, banking regulations and South African regulatory frameworks
Exposure to corporate governance, cross-border business expansion, payroll outsourcing, fiduciary services or related disciplines
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or Law
Completion of SAICA or SAIPA articles is essential
Professional qualification such as CA(SA), CPA, ACCA or CFA will be advantageous
Exceptional communication, negotiation and executive relationship management skills
High levels of integrity, commercial acumen and strategic thinking
