About the Role
The company is seeking a Senior HR & Payroll Generalist to manage their HR and payroll functions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling large payrolls, as well as exposure to various aspects of labour law and B-BBEE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full function HR and payroll processes for 1200 staff members
- Provide expertise on BBBEE, EEA, WSP/ATR, Labour Law, BCCEI, and BCEA regulations
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Develop and implement effective payroll strategies to optimize efficiency
- Collaborate with various stakeholders at group level or multi-entity
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Afrikaans
- Degree or Diploma in HR
- 5 years of experience in the construction industry
- Full function payroll experience
- Exposure to B-BBEE, EEA, WSP/ATR, Labour Law, BCCEI, and BCEA regulations
Qualifications
- Formal education in HR (Bachelor’s or Diploma)
