About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our trendy restaurant in Johannesburg North area. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Stock control and inventory management
Opening and closing procedures
Managing front and back of house operations
Leading and training staff to achieve high standards
Maintaining excellent customer relations
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

+7 years restaurant management experience
4+ years as a senior manager in a similar role
Strong front and back of house management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Fluency in English (written and verbal)
Proven customer relations and staff management skills
