Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Penetration Tester to join our cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive penetration tests, identifying vulnerabilities, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance security posture. This role requires expertise in web application security, network infrastructure assessments, and industry best practices such as the OWASP Top 10. Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth penetration testing and vulnerability assessments on web applications, networks, and other IT systems.

Perform both manual and automated testing across various environments, including internal/external networks, web applications, mobile platforms, and cloud infrastructures.

Develop custom scripts and tools to automate penetration testing processes and enhance security testing methodologies.

Identify security weaknesses and provide detailed reports with mitigation strategies to improve overall security posture.

Provide expert guidance to clients on vulnerability remediation and best security practices.

Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats, industry trends, and cybersecurity frameworks.

Collaborate with team members to improve internal security processes, methodologies, and documentation.

Participate in red team exercises, security research, and ethical hacking initiatives to strengthen organizational security defenses.
Basic Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Web Application and API Penetration Testing.

Familiarity with infrastructure security testing.

Certifications such as OSCP, OSEP, CCSP, CRTE, CRTP, or CRTO (or equivalent) are an advantage.

Strong knowledge of OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities and how to exploit/mitigate them.

Experience in Android and iOS application penetration testing.

Ability to develop and use custom scripts and security tools.

Highly self-driven, motivated, and independent, while also being a collaborative team player.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
